If not, we'll spend the first few minutes getting a read on where the friction is showing up most. Then we go deeper: what does growth look like right now, what does it need to be, and what's the gap that's hardest to close?

By the end, we'll tell you honestly which path makes the most sense — and why. The call ends with one of three outcomes:
